Join volunteer naturalists on a mostly flat, 3-mile, out-and-back hike to the aspen groves at Caribou Ranch. While resting among the trees, we will practice mindful observation. Learn what we have discovered about aspens, mindfulness, and the natural world, and what remains unknown. We'll take time to reflect together on what we have observed and what we can still learn from nature. Registration for most programs begins on the 20th of the month before the event.
