Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket LU-25-0004: Pando Earthwork

Limited Impact Review to permit 1,210 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork for driveway construction and site grading for access to the residence approved as part of SPR-24-0057. The application is submitted by Michael and Aislinn Pando (owners/applicants). The subject property is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 12756 Polo Place, accessed via a private driveway on the south side of the eastern dead end of Polo Place, approximately .1 miles east of the intersection of Polo Place and Benton Street in Section 13, Township 1S, Range 69W.

Public testimony will be taken.
