Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-24-0007: City of Boulder South Mesa Trailhead Improvements

Limited Impact Special Use Review to permit 2,390 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork and grading for improvements to the South Mesa Trailhead. The application is submitted by City of Boulder, c/o Adam Gaylord (applicant). The subject property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 4009 Eldorado Springs Drive, parcel number 157729000023, located approximately 1.7 miles southwest of the intersection of Eldorado Springs Drive and South Foothills Highway (Hwy 93) Section 29, Township 1S, Range 70W.
