Notice is hereby given that a subcommittee meeting will be held online by the Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) beginning at 3:00 pm to consider the following agenda:

  • SPR-25-0069: Barnsley Addition
    Request: Site Plan Review to construct a 592-square-foot addition with 194 square feet of covered porch area to an existing 3,943-square foot residence on a 12-acre parcel encumbered by a Conservation Easement and located in the Agricultural Zoning District.
    Location: 8555 East County Line Road, Section 24, T2N, R69W
    Zoning: Agricultural (A) Zoning District

  • CA-25-0014: Montgomery Farm – alterations to water tank plans/SI-25-0001: Montgomery Water Tank Replacement

The Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) is an advisory board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to provide guidance to the county on historic preservation issues. Its primary focus is to review structures and sites for historic significance and to review building or development plans which might affect these resources. HPAB also reviews landmark applications and must approve building plans which result in the alteration of an historic landmark.

Each HPAB meeting is a public hearing, and at the beginning of each meeting anyone may address the Board with historic preservation concerns or questions.
