Notice is hereby given that a subcommittee meeting will be held online by the Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) beginning at 10 a.m. to consider the following agenda:

  1. Historic Preservation Grant:
    • HPG-25-0003: Le Moine Cabin – chinking and exterior paint
      Request:
      Historic Preservation Grant for repairs to chinking and exterior paint (work already approved by HPAB)
      Location: 36 2nd Avenue, Allenspark
      Zoning: Forestry (F) Zoning District
      Owner/Applicant: Mitchell Dill

The Boulder County Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) is an advisory board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to provide guidance to the county on historic preservation issues. Its primary focus is to review structures and sites for historic significance and to review building or development plans which might affect these resources. HPAB also reviews landmark applications and must approve building plans which result in the alteration of an historic landmark.

Each HPAB meeting is a public hearing, and at the beginning of each meeting anyone may address the Board with historic preservation concerns or questions.
