Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-24-0095 for Site Plan Review to deconstruct the existing residence and construct a new 2,500 sq. ft. residence on a 4.8 acre parcel in the Forestry zoning district. The application was submitted by Carmen Sucharov and Peter Mariner (property owners/applicants). Property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 716 Coyote Hill Road in Section 1, Township 3N, Range 73W.
