Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-24-0053 for Site Plan Review for the construction of a 4,943-square-foot residence with a 250-square-foot attached carport and 516 square feet of covered porches on an approximately 0.24-acre vacant parcel where the size presumed to be compatible is 2,695 square feet. The Determination is appealed by Curt and Marianne Bruner (applicants/property owners) and Anne Postle c/o Osmosis Architecture (Agent). Property is in the Niwot Rural Community District II (NRCD II) zoning district at 364 Franklin Street, Section 25, Township 2N,
Range 70W.
