The subject property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 376 J J Kelly Road, an approximately 7.7-acre parcel, located approximately 1,900 feet west and 850 feet north of the intersection of Antelope Drive and Apply Valley Road in Section 13, Township 3N, Range 71W.
