Community Planning & Permitting Department – Docket LU-24-0018/SPR-24-0077: Albert Earthwork and Residence

Limited Impact Special Use Review to perform 1,813 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork and Site Plan Review to deconstruct and existing residence and to construct a new 5,339 sq. ft. residence and 400 sq. ft. carport on a 1.3-acre parcel where the PSM is 4,899 sq. ft. The application is submitted by Albert Living Trust c/o John and Renee Albert (applicants/owners) and Vertical Arts, c/o Andrew Pharris (agent). The subject property is in the Estate Residential (ER) zoning district at 4259 Prado Drive, approximately 0.1-miles north of the intersection of Eldorado Springs Drive and Prado Drive, in Section 20, Township 1S, Range 70W.
Public testimony will be taken.
