The Community Health Division works closely with partners across Boulder County. All programs focus on preventing health problems before they start.
Community Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP)
This program helps prevent and reduce substance use in Boulder County. It works with teens and young adults one-on-one and also focuses on community education, advocacy, and policy change.
GENESIS
GENESIS supports pregnant and parenting teens. Staff provide in-home support to help young parents build skills and create healthy outcomes for themselves and their children.
Tobacco Education and Prevention Services
This program works with community partners to reduce tobacco use among youth and adults. The goal is to create a healthier, smoke-free environment for everyone in Boulder County.
