Fruits and vegetables are crucial for a healthy pregnancy. They provide nutrients and vitamins that help mom and baby thrive. Experts recommend 2 cups of fruit and 2-3 cups of vegetables per day during pregnancy. Eating a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables will ensure that mom and baby are healthy.
