Boulder County, Colo. - On July 22, 2020 at approximately 6:30 P.M. the Boulder County Communications Center received a 911 call of a possible grass fire in the 7700 block of Hygiene Rd. Parks and Open Space Rangers as well as Hygiene Fire responded. The fire was contained to approximately a 1/2 acre. There were no structures threatened due to the fire. It was believed the fire was caused by a lightning strike.
