Other Comments: | Purpose/Background This is a tenant remodel of the Walden Ponds Boulder County Transportation Division Office and Crew Room; includes the deconstruction and removal of existing crew room and office, as well as new construction of exterior load-bearing and interior non-bearing walls. This BID focuses on the Concrete scope associated.
