Boulder County Parks & Open Space Hosts Gold Panning for Kids

Boulder County, Colo. - Travel back in time and pan for gold the way miners did long ago when the county was first settled. Kids especially will enjoy “seeking their fortunes” and other hands-on activities as they learn about the history of mining in Boulder County.

This event is open to kids ages 5 and older accompanied by an adult.

Due to limited space, registration is required. Please visit www.BoulderCountyOpenSpace.org/events for more information and registration.

Where: Begins at the Nederland Mining Museum,
200 N. Bridge Street, Nederland
