| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background The Boulder County Land Use Department (‘County’) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide professional development review support to Boulder County’s Land Use Development Review Team. The County anticipates needing support for review of individual Land Use development applications and Building Permits when workload demands are such that County staff cannot, without support, perform the needed review activities. Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Date: April 2, 2019 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Location: Caribou Room, Courthouse Annex 2045 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302 Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. April 8, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than April 10, 2019.
