“Operation: Fill the Pantry” Food Drive to Support Local Families

Boulder County, Colo. - The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office invites community members to participate in “Operation: Fill the Pantry” Food Drive on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Office Headquarters, located at 5600 Flatiron Parkway in Boulder. The event will benefit: St. John the Baptist Food Bank and Harvest of Hope Pantry.

Community members are encouraged to drive up and drop off donations directly to Sheriff’s Office staff, who will be on hand to assist with unloading donated items.

The Sheriff’s Office is accepting non-perishable food, hygiene, baby, household, and pet care items only. Please donate only unopened, unexpired items. Cash donations will not be accepted. Those wishing to financially support either beneficiary organization are encouraged to visit their respective websites directly.

Most Needed Donation Items:

  • Cereal, oatmeal, rice, pasta, ramen & noodles
  • Canned vegetables, fruits, soups, chili, stews & pasta meals
  • Pasta sauce, canned tomatoes & canned beans
  • Canned meats (tuna, chicken, sausages, etc.)
  • Mac & cheese, instant meals & baking mixes
  • Cooking oils, condiments, coffee & tea
  • Snack crackers, granola bars, protein bars, peanut butter & jelly

Baby, Household & Hygiene Needs:

  • Baby food, formula & shelf stable milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Diapers & wipes (children & adult sizes)
  • Gluten-free & dairy-free foods
  • Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner & body wash
  • Deodorant & disposable razors
  • Sunscreen & hand warmers
  • Paper towels, toilet paper & laundry detergent
  • Dry dog & cat food
