Boulder County Assessor’s Offices will be Closed on Tuesday, April 21
Offices will open on the regular schedule on Wednesday, April 22, at 7:30 a.m.
Boulder County, Colo. - All Boulder County Assessor’s offices will be closed on Tuesday, April 21 for employee development. Offices will reopen on Wednesday, April 22 at 7:30 a.m., returning to regular business hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m., and closed on Fridays.
No onsite services will be available on April 21. Community members needing in‑person assistance are encouraged to visit before that date or once offices reopen on April 22. After reopening, staff will respond to all voicemails left at 303‑441‑3530 and emails sent to Assessor@BoulderCounty.gov. Many services may also be accessed online at www.BoulderCounty.gov.
This closure date was selected to minimize disruption to the public, as April historically sees the lowest volume of office visits. The employee development session will help staff prepare for the annual Appeals period, held from May 1 through June 8.
“Maintaining a strong, well‑prepared team helps us deliver the highest level of public service,” said Boulder County Assessor Cynthia Braddock. “This focused employee development ensures we are ready for the upcoming appeal season. We appreciate the community’s understanding and flexibility during this brief closure.”
