Vintage Baseball Game and Autumn Heritage Day on Sunday, Oct. 5
Walker Ranch Homestead, 7701 Flagstaff Road.
Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County Parks & Open Space will host the Autumn Heritage Day and Vintage Baseball Game on Sunday, Oct. 5, from noon to 3 p.m. at Walker Ranch Homestead, 7701 Flagstaff Road.
Step back in time and celebrate 50 years of history, nature, and community with Parks & Open Space. Watch an old-fashioned vintage baseball game played by 19th-century rules, as the local Walker Ranchers face off against the Colorado Vintage Base Ball Association. The game offers a glimpse of baseball as it was first played, set against the scenic backdrop of a historic ranch.
Guests can also pick up special 50th anniversary items and learn more about this milestone year. Costumed volunteers will share historic games, chores, and stories of ranch life, offering hands-on fun for all ages.
Come for the game, stay for the celebration, and help us honor 50 years of preserving the past and building the future!
