Community Planning & Permitting Department – Docket SD-23-0003: Rodriguez TDR/PUD Sketch Plan

Request for a Sketch Plan review for a Transferred Development Rights (TDR) / Planned Unit Development receiving site consisting of a total of four (4) residential lots on approximately 39.5 acres. The application is submitted by Ifrain and Shannon Rodriguez (applicants/owners). The proposal is in the Rural Residential zoning district at 6184 Niwot Road, located at the southwest corner of Niwot Road and N. 63rd Street, in Section 34, Township 2N, Range 70W.
