Community Planning & Permitting Department - Docket LU-25-0005: Colorado Lookout LLC Use of Community Significance

Limited Impact Special Review to recognize existing nonconforming use as a Use of Community Significance to permit a multiple dwelling units on an approximately 2.5-acre parcel at 182 County Road 84W. The application is submitted by Colorado Lookout LLC c/o Ronald Leigh Williams Jr. (owners/applicants). The subject property is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 182 County Road 84W, a 2.5-acre parcel located approximately 1 mile south of the intersection of County Road 84W and County Road 115, in section 23, Township 3N, Range 73W.

Public testimony will be taken.
