Emergency Closure – County Offices in Downtown Boulder

Boulder, Colo. - The Boulder County downtown campus in Boulder on 1325 Pearl Street and 2045 13th Street is closed to the public and staff until further notice due to an incident and evacuation on Pearl Street.

Building Closure

The Boulder County downtown campus closure includes the Assessor’s Office, the Treasurer’s office, the Boulder County Commissioners’ Office, Community Planning and Permitting, the Office of the County Administrator, Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience (OSCAR), and internal departments. Staff will work in other locations. All other county buildings will be open regular hours.

Real property valuation appeals can be filed in-person at the Assessor’s Office in Lafayette (1755 S Public Road) or the Assessor’s Office in Longmont (515 Coffman St. Suite 114). Appeals can also be filed by online. Visit the Assessor’s website for details. The deadline is June 9.
