Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-24-0008/SPR-24-0035: Hein Residence and ADU

Limited Impact Special Review to convert an existing residence to a Family Care Accessory Dwelling Unit and Site Plan Review for construction of a new 2,272-square-foot residence and a 1,425- square-foot agricultural structure. The application is submitted by Holly Hein and Christian Doucette (applicants/owners) and Johnny Brokken (agent). The subject property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 3625 Nimbus Road, located approximately 1,800 feet west of the intersection of Nimbus Road and N 39th Street, in Section 30, Township 2N, Range 70W.
