Public testimony will be taken.
Request: Variance Review request to reduce the supplemental setback along N. 75th Street from 110 ft. (required) to 78.5 ft. (proposed) and Arapahoe Road from 110 ft (required) to 106 ft. (proposed) to permit a water tank enclosure constructed without building permits.
Location: 7602 Arapahoe Road, at the southeastern corner of the intersection of Arapahoe Road and N. 75th Street, in Section 36, Township 1N, Range 70W.
