Boulder County Board of Adjustment meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

    Public testimony will be taken.
    Request: Variance Review request to reduce the supplemental setback along N. 75th Street from 110 ft. (required) to 78.5 ft. (proposed) and Arapahoe Road from 110 ft (required) to 106 ft. (proposed) to permit a water tank enclosure constructed without building permits.
