Limited Impact Special Use Review to allow 1,642 cubic yards of non-foundational earthwork and Site Plan Review to recognize 1,582 sq. ft. of accessory structures on an approximately 3.65-acre parcel where the presumed size maximum is 2,812 sq. ft. The application is submitted by Tim and Sunday Antley (applicants/property owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 214 Chute Road, approximately 0.1 miles east of the intersection of Gross Dam Road and Chute Road, Section 33, Township 1S, Range 71W.
