Boulder County, Colo. - On August 28, 2023 at approximately 09:15pm, a single residence fire was reported in the 1000 Block of Eldorado Dr, Town of Superior. When first responders arrived, they found high visible flames coming from the backyard and inside the residence. All residents and pets had evacuated prior to first responders arrival. The residence sustained significant damage. Fire Personnel were able to extinguish the fire, and no other structures were damaged.

The cause and origin of the fire is being investigated by the Multi-Agency Fire Investigation Team (MAFIT).

Agencies that responded to the fire include the Boulder County Sheriff's Office, Mountain View Fire Protection District, Louisville Fire Department, Lafayette Fire Department, and the Louisville Police Department.
