Docket FCRC-23-0001: Lyons Fire Protection District
A public hearing will be held before the Boulder County Fire Code Review Committee to review the Lyons Fire Protection District’s adoption of the 2021 International Fire Codes and amendments. The Fire Code Review Committee will make recommendations to the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners to approve or reject this adoption.

Docket FCRC-23-0002: Mountain View Fire Protection District
A public hearing will be held before the Boulder County Fire Code Review Committee to review the Mountain View Fire Protection District’s adoption of the 2021 International Fire Codes and amendments. The Fire Code Review Committee will make recommendations to the Boulder County Board of County Commissioners to approve or reject this adoption.

The Fire Code Review Committee reviews resolutions adopting current model fire codes from Boulder County fire protection districts, makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for acceptance of these resolutions, and allows respective fire protection districts to enforce these codes.
