| Other Comments: | BACKGROUND: The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced roofing contractors to remove existing cedar shingles and replace the existing shingles with new fire-rated cedar shingles, which will prevent any further water damage to the historic Ramey property located at 12104 North 61st Street, Longmont, Colorado 80503. The selected Contractor will complete the project within fifteen (15) business days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). PRE-BID MEETING: A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. on May 2, 2023. Interested Parties are asked to meet at 12104 North 61st Street, Longmont, CO 80503. Bids from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. WRITTEN INQUIRIES: All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. May 5, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than May 9, 2023. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
