Boulder County, Colo. - The Boulder County Communications Center received a call shortly before 7:00 a.m. this morning, February 13, 2023, for a welfare check for a male who was inside a vehicle in the parking lot located in the 4800 block of White Rock Circle, in unincorporated Boulder County.

Upon arrival, first responders found a 46-year-old male unresponsive inside a running vehicle in a residential parking lot. The male was pronounced deceased on-scene.

At this time, there does not appear to be anything suspicious about the death, and we do not believe there is a threat to public safety.

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death, as well as release the identification of the decedent pending notification to the next of kin.

The following agencies responded to this incident: Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Boulder Rural Fire Rescue, and the Boulder County Coroner’s Office.
