Boulder County Community Services Announce 2023 Human Services Fund Application
Fund supports programs that enable all Boulder County community members to thrive
BOULDER, County Colo. – The Boulder County Community Services Department has released the Human Services Fund (HSF) 2023 grant application for community-based human services programs.
Community Services Department anticipates awarding $1.3 million in funding in 2023 to qualified community organizations through a competitive application process. HSF provides programmatic funding in areas such as increased economic stability, mobility and resilience; increased ability for people to obtain and maintain housing; safe environments for people with diverse identities; increased positive physical, mental or behavioral health and wellbeing, and increased healthy behaviors. This work and the application process are a collaborative effort between City of Boulder, City of Longmont and Boulder County Community Services.
Past and current HSF grants benefitting low-income community members include those for academic support, early child development and childcare, health care, legal services for immigrants and domestic violence survivors, programs for LGBTQ+ community members, and older adult services.
Grant applications are due by 4 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2022 and must be submitted electronically using the Foundant grant management system. No paper or late applications will be accepted. To apply for the 2023 fund round, visit the Foundant application webpage. Agencies must register to access the application and submit grant requests. Applications from organizations that serve and are led by historically excluded populations are encouraged to apply.
