Boulder County, Colo. - On Sunday, July 17, 2022, at approximately 4:00 PM, the Boulder County Communications Center was notified of a missing person report. Vivian Frances Penaylillo, a 61-year-old female, was reported missing by her son. Vivian is considered high risk due to medical conditions that have us concerned for her safety. Vivian was last seen at her residence in Superior, Boulder County, Colorado, on July 15, 2022. Vivian is five feet six inches tall, 140 pounds, hazel eyes, and brown/gray hair. Vivian is driving a white 2005 Toyota Sienna with Colorado license plate 695RUI. It is unknown where Vivian may be heading, and she does not have her cell phone.

This information was sent to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, which issued a Silver Alert.
