| Other Comments: | 1. Purpose/Background Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum. This RFP is to complete one Wildfire Partners hazardous fuels reduction project on private property. The project has been marked. A project map and prescription are included in Exhibit A. This project is a total of 6.51 acres. Interested contractors are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting so they can view the property and the individual tree marking in order to prepare an accurate bid.

3. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. June 21, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than June 23, 2022. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
4. Submittal Instructions Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on June 27, 2022. Please note that email responses to this solicitation are limited to a maximum of 50MB capacity. NO ZIP FILES OR LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS INCLUDES GOOGLE DOCS AND SIMILAR SITES. ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT (E.G. PDF, WORD, EXCEL). Electronic Submittals must be received in the email box listed below.
