Purpose/Background

Boulder County is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals to provide graphic design and print services for various departments and offices through the county.

The County’s goal is to select one or more suppliers who can assist with providing and delivering quality materials in a timely manner as-needed.

Proposers are encouraged to submit proposals on one, several, or all of the materials and services discussed in this RFP. Boulder County reserves the right to utilize multiple vendors.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m., March 14, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than close of business on Friday, March 18, 2022.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittal Instructions

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Monday, March 28, 2022.

Please note that email responses to this solicitation are limited to a maximum of 50MB capacity.
