Boulder County seeks support from COGCC to suspend drilling activity by Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc

(Boulder County, Colo. -- Oct. 29, 2020) - In addition to the emergency motion filed yesterday in the Delaware bankruptcy court, today Boulder County has requested that the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission suspend approval of Extraction Oil & Gas Inc.’s permits to drill wells in Weld County close to the Boulder County line.
