| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background Boulder County is seeking bids to construct a 14-space parking lot on the 9,963 square foot parcel located on the 300 block of Murray Street in Niwot. Optional Site Visit Potential bidders may visit the site, located at the 300 block of Murray Street in Niwot. Please adhere to the State guidelines regarding face coverings and maintaining proper social distancing. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. September 4, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than September 10, 2020. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. Submittal Instructions BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 18, 2020. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. via email to all who have submitted a bid. The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding BID # 7167-20 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged. Please note: Due to COVID-19, BIDS will only be accepted electronically by emailing purchasing@bouldercounty.org.
