Program Summary: | The Agricultural Heritage Center at the Lohr/McIntosh farm represents this area’s agricultural roots and pioneer history. Visitors and organized groups have the opportunity to explore the many restored buildings, museum exhibits, livestock pens, and a period-furnished farmhouse surrounded by 465 acres of agricultural open space. Volunteer tour guides and farmhouse docents teach visitors about the agricultural history of Boulder County between 1900 and 1925. There are also opportunities to assist with our story time and activity focused program, Fun on the Farm, during the summer. Benefits to volunteers
