These documents were created by the Transportation Department (now called Public Works) and are to be used by residents and builders in unincorporated Boulder County to adhere to adopted standards and guidelines.
- Multimodal Design Standards – These Multimodal Transportation Standards plan for and implement the goals of the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan which supports the provision of high quality transportation facilities and services across all modes to meet the mobility and access needs of all users. The Standards provide direction to effectively and sustainably manage the existing and future transportation infrastructure, both public and private, within unincorporated Boulder County.
- Storm Drainage Criteria Manual – This document provides a uniform set of standards that would be used to guide development and design drainage improvements in order to prevent future drainage problems and enhance the urban and natural environments.
