Boulder County invests significant funds to create a bicycle network that allows cyclists to travel safely throughout the county on unincorporated roads and trails. For many of our roads, this infrastructure takes the form of paved shoulders. One area where we would like to improve is on maintenance of shoulders and mountain roads, particularly for maintenance needs that impact bicyclists.
