Listed below is the fee structure for Civil Section Process Fees under CRS 30-1-104, in accordance with House Bill 10-1057, as approved by the Boulder County Board of Commissioners under resolution number 2010-74, on July 1, 2010. This resolution shall take effect August 11, 2010.
