Boulder County Jail provides recreation time for inmates in conjunction with the jail programs.
Active Recreation
- Provide inmates with recreational opportunities and equipment, including one hour daily of physical exercise outside their assigned room, and outside when weather permits
- Gymnasium provided on days when weather does not allow for outside recreation
Passive Recreation
- Leisure time activities outside their assigned rooms, including television, board games, cards, arts & crafts, keyboard, guitar, etc.
- Newspapers, books, magazines, etc., provided
