Boulder County Assessor Cynthia Braddock, in partnership with Marshall ROC, hosted an information session to answer questions about 2023 property valuations for those impacted by the Marshall Fire. If you were unable to attend, please view the recording. Topics discussed were the reappraisal of value, how values were established for Marshall Fire properties, and how to appeal your value.

To find out more about the 2023 property valuations, including the appeals process, visit boco.org/2023valuation. Appeals must be submitted by June 8.

In addition, in-person property appeals for Marshall Fire property owners will be available at the Louisville Recreation and Senior Center, 900 Via Appia Way, on Thursday, June 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
