Vermillion Road Closed for Resurfacing Work Starting Monday
Closure in place through October
Boulder County, Colo. - Starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, Vermillion Road will be closed to all travel between US Highway 287 and North 115th Street in order to safely complete a resurfacing project. The closure will remain in place through October. All work is weather permitting. Public Works’ Road Maintenance Division will completely remove the existing asphalt surface and rebuild the subsurface before repaving Vermillion Road. Crews will also rebuild both sides of the railroad crossing approaches to create a smooth transition over the tracks. Detours will be in place. Residents along Vermillion Road will be allowed to access their properties from the east via N. 115th Street.
