Commissioners to accept public testimony on Tuesday, April 23 on proposed Niwot NRCD Land Use Code updates


Boulder County, Colo. - The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider proposed text amendments to amend the County’s Land Use Code Article 4-116 Niwot Rural Community District and related provisions on Tuesday, April 23, 2019.

  • What: Board of County Commissioners’ Public Hearing to consider approval of Docket DC-18-0004: Niwot Rural Community District Code Update.
  • When: Tuesday, April 23, 2019, beginning at 3 p.m.
  • Where: Boulder County Courthouse, 1325 Pearl St., Third Floor, Boulder (map)
  • Public Testimony: Members of the public will be able to speak at the hearing, with in-person sign-up beginning at 2:30 p.m. The Commissioners will continue to take public testimony at the hearing until all speakers have had an opportunity to comment.

The hearing will be livestreamed via the Boulder County Open Meeting Portal.
