The GED Learning Lab provides strong support to all member of the community around the high school equivalency diploma. Local students who leave the traditional school environment recognize the GED Learning Lab can help them achieve their high school equivalency diploma, often at a higher level of achievement than they thought possible.
Schools, parents, and community partners know that a youth who is in need and unable to complete their high school diploma can use the resources of the GED Learning Lab to start on the path to success. The Lab provides individualized, strength-focused academic and coaching supports for those who may feel they have “fallen through the cracks.” The Lab also helps young people explore and enroll in other programs at Workforce Boulder County that can help them with employment and secondary educational training. This provides a wraparound service that is unique to the program.
