Hiker identified from Rocky Mountain National Park incident on 08/12/2023

Boulder County, Colo. -

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a 21-year-old Caucasian female who was involved in a hiking incident near the Flying Dutchman Ridge in Rocky Mountain National Park on 08/12/2023.

At this time, the decedent has been positively identified as Jadyn Weiss.

An examination has been completed, and the cause and manner of death are pending further investigation.
