Boulder County, Colo. - On Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 4:52 p.m., Deputies with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office and Louisville Police Department responded to the Costco at 600 Marshall Drive reference a man threatening another with a handgun.

Deputies arrived and placed Mark Ponsor 66 years old, in custody for brandishing a weapon at a patron whom Ponsor believed cut him off in the line for gasoline. The weapon was never fired, and no one was injured in the incident.

Ponsor was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Boulder County Jail on the charge of Felony Menacing.
