Boulder County shifts to new meeting management system

Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County will shift to a new software system in January for managing public hearings and meetings. The public will still be able to view past and present agendas, minutes and videos online, just in a new look and format. The new system allows staff to better streamline meeting processes and will support both virtual and in-person meetings.

The first meeting to be posted to the new system will be the Boulder County Commissioner’s meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 4. Once the switch to the new system takes place, agendas, minutes and videos can be viewed online at https://boco.org/Meeting-Portal (views best on Microsoft Edge). Live meetings and hearings will be available at https://boco.org/Live-Meeting.

For all upcoming meetings and hearings, view the county calendar.

We appreciate your support as we move to a meeting management tool that will allow Boulder County to provide the best in public service for our hearings and meetings.
