Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County's Mobility for All program has released its 2025 Annual Report, offering a comprehensive look at the program’s major initiatives, key projects, and the impact of its work across Boulder County.
Building on the foundation from its first ever annual report for 2024, the 2025 edition provides an expanded view of how Mobility for All continues to advance equitable, accessible, and community-centered mobility for community members.

The report highlights progress across Mobility for All’s largest areas of work, including:
- Major Programs: Updates on core services such as the ambassador program, education workshops, community outreach, and partnerships that support underserved communities.
- Key Projects: Overviews of new and ongoing efforts, including expanded transportation partnerships, capacity building initiatives, and community driven pilot programs.
- Community Impact: Data, outcomes, and stories demonstrating how Mobility for All’s work improves independence, access to essential services, and overall quality of life for Boulder County residents.
“Mobility for All continues to show how transportation access is essential to community wellbeing,” said Angel Bond, Mobility for All Program Manager. “With a significant portion of last year dedicated to capacity‑building projects to strengthen our systems, this year’s report reflects our commitment to equity, innovation, and collaboration as we work to ensure every community member can get where they need to go.”
The report also outlines priorities for 2026, including collaborative projects, such as the DRCOG Livable Centers and Safe Streets for Students projects, expanded mobility education, and new strategies to advance transportation equity throughout Boulder County.

Boulder County’s Mobility for All program promotes accessible, affordable, and equitable multimodal transportation options for residents of all ages and abilities. Through public education, direct assistance, and collaboration with transportation and human service organizations, the program expands awareness of mobility as a basic social, economic, and health need.
