Boulder County, Colo. - Following today's high wind event, Boulder County's Downtown Historic Courthouse campus, 1325 Pearl St. Boulder, and the North Broadway Campus, 1333 Iris Ave., Boulder, will be closed Thursday, Dec. 18, due to power outages.
