Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s Office Releases Public Accountability & Services Report

Annual Report Highlights Key Service Facts and Accomplishments

Boulder County, Colo. – Today, the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s office issued its annual Public Accountability & Services Report documenting key service facts and accomplishments for the three divisions of the Clerk & Recorder: Elections, Motor Vehicle, and Recording.

“In 2025, our office focused on modernization – completing long‑planned facility upgrades, improving digital file management, and refining processes that make a real difference in how we deliver services for our community,” stated Boulder County Clerk and Recorder Molly Fitzpatrick. “This report captures those achievements and demonstrates our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.”
