Boulder County, Colo. -- The Boulder County Assessor’s Office will return to its space in the Historic Downtown Courthouse at 1325 Pearl Street in Boulder effective Monday, Jan. 14. Since late August, the Assessor’s Office has been temporarily located on the county's North Broadway Campus at Broadway & Iris.

The temporary relocation allowed for the extensive reconstruction and remodeling of the second floor of the downtown courthouse where the Assessor's Office is permanently housed.

“The temporary move allowed our office in downtown Boulder to undergo an extensive remodel with minimal disruption and impact to employees and members of the public,” said Boulder County Assessor Cynthia Braddock. “We’re looking forward to returning to our refreshed space and taking advantages of the technology upgrades and improved work flows that will make our interactions with county residents more efficient and effective.“

Walk-in services will continue at the temporary location at 1333 Iris Ave. in Boulder through Friday, Jan. 11.

Please call the Assessor’s Office at (303) 441-3530 with any questions.
